I thought this would be the perfect first blog post on my new website to celebrate the opening of my health coaching practice!  Click on the title to read the latest research on the benefits of yoga.

I am excited to share my passion for yoga and good health with my friends and yoga community.  As most of you know, yoga completely changed my life four years ago.  

I am eating more nutritiously as I strive to take better care of my body.  I sleep better and am generally a more centered and relaxed Sarah. This spills over into all areas of my life and now I am in a happy and healthy marriage, have a wonderful career doing what I love and live in a space that I treasure.
